September 2017

I’m pretty sure that the severe delay in posting a recap of last month is all you need to know about how last month was. So here’s a very short, far less formal recap:

Thankfully, October has been an improvement, and I am hoping with the onslaught of holidays quickly approaching I’ll be in a better mood.

I will say that the start of my month was really nice. I saw some friends who I haven’t seen in a while and spent time with friends from work OUTSIDE of work.

I spent time working on projects, though still a little directionless, but finding focus.

I stood in awe that the day that Harry Potter and his children were on Platform 9 and 3/4 passed, and I remembered wondering then where I’d be on that far away date in 2017. Ten years is a long time when it’s about a third of your life.

All was well. #19yearslater #backtohogwarts #harrypotter

The highlight of the month was going to an event to celebrate/say goodbye to my favorite YouTube channel, PBS Idea Channel. It’s deserving of its own post, but for now here’s a photo of me and the host, Mike Rugnetta.
